hah, i loved slumdog millionaire, it was a really moving story.. something to think about too. I understand why it won so many oscars... i don't know how to describe it, i suppose it was a "hopeful" movie.. but it was good =]

I didn't really do much today, i woke up kinda late after having a weird dream. in my dream i woke up, and i knew i was at a conference or something. i looked at the clock and it was past 4:30, so i jumped out of bed and started to get ready (the sun was setting) because i knew my friends had left and I needed to catch up to them....i was in the room i'm in now in virginia

idk, you don't need to be master certified to kinda get the jest of this dream... and I don't like it, honestly i don't like working... i was just taught to press through and what not... but i'm not going to let my friends leave me behind, and i'm not going to be late

and so, i went for a walk, came back, watched the heavy and light show =] i love TWLOHA and this may be the best encore ever ;)

then we went to go see slumdog, which was a really good movie for sure as mentioned above.. i've tried to see that movie three times including this time, and my dad tried to talk me out of it.. we were either going to see gran torino, or taken (and i want to see both)... but we went to see slumdog instead, and i loved it =]

today, was pretty good

and now, i'm sitting in my unit lol

that i'm more restricted in a resort then i would be at home... i can't really go do anything here... and the resort is so uptight.. idk i'm not a big fan of this place.... though it's nice to relax for awhile

but i'm pretty sure i'm going to go nuts here... idk so far i've watched tv.... messed around on garage band..... messed around with my new axiom 25... and listened to music. idk it isn't so bad, but i'm getting bored =/

i've only been here for two days!

i want to go do something or hang out with someone... idk i just feel so weird being on vacation.. i don't usually enjoy being away from friends, so when i do go even if i have a good time... i'd prefer to be home..

i mean come on, i can do everything at home i do here...

alright dorren

dorren made a playlist of classical music for me to listen to, so i figure i might as well take notes since he's gonna be askin you know what...... i'm tired of doing this

i was going to do a song by song review but i don't really feel like it anymore

so far, (i'm on track 9) it's been more sad, but it's had it's higher moments.. im' somewhat torn on some of these songs, but all around it's a pretty nice playlist i'm enjoying the music for sure

mahler is alright, idk he's a bit bipolar, but these songs really sound good

well, i love fiction family =] tbh

lol, didn't do much

we left early, so we spent the night in Louisville... idk whenever i go to kentucky people always treat me a bit different because of my northern accent, it's kinda funny that they think i have a weird accent when i'm surrounded by people with southern accents lol

but yeah, after a good drive talking, messing with garage band (i actually did it) we finally got to our resort... only to find out we didn't have internet access. my parents are working this week, so it's needed... lol

naturally we unpacked all of our stuff... just to pack it up to move to a different area. it's kinda nice cause i have my own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. actually i'm in a whole different unit and my parents are in the one next to me.

there isn't much to do here since i don't have a car, but i don't mind so much. actually the internet was supposed to be 10 bucks a night, or 55 for the week... but since we have AT&T at home, we get in for free =] it's pretty great lol

i didn't have much to say, but i figured i'd write, i'm here in virginia, drove, a bit of drama with the room... we have internet, and i'm gonna chill for a week while my parents work =]

idk, i really like that line and i've been thinking about it today.

so, today we didn't end up changing everything on the soundboard ect...david still came over, we hung out at the furnace during the day and such. my mom got mad because i had a "attitude" and i just get mad when she tells me what to do.. like what i'm doing is wrong and what she wants is right... becuase half the time when she does that she's just being controling and wants me to do it her way... but i don't want to..... idk it just gets tense and it isn't good... fights in the bailey family don't go so well, big clashes in the spirit when we go head to head at eachother

so went home early, david and I started playing COD world at war... bethany stopped by, to say goodbye before i go and she didn't like COD so she kinda walked around the house, i felt bad and stopped it but she had to leave not too long after that. i had mentioned david might get a key to the house since he'll be here and we're leaving friday morning super early... bethany made a comment "that's not fair" and apparently she wants a key lol. i don't think my parents like handing out keys to our house, david would give his back if we lent him one... not completely sure

so now david and I have been watching the bourne series, we're on the 2nd one now =] i enjoy hanging out with david. he's gotten alot better, i love the guy for sure =]

dream

so in the dream had, i was in some sort of theatre.... i had just had a dream like heroes "naturally" and we get in this theatre and this one seems to be a bit different.... though i had an understanding this guy and this family were with me ni the earlier dream, and i felt i should protect them. we're in this theatre with an orchestra and such, and i'm sitting there and my dad and i walk over to the door and my dad says he sees bethany... and i comment that she had a dance so yeah, she'd be here. i remember i walked over in her direction and a guy stopped me saying he heard i played drums, so i sad yeah for 9 years... and he was talking about how he wanted to start so i was like "you don't NEED lessons you can get pointers from friends and just play ect." like I learned... but then i was like "but you feel left out because you don't play chords or anything."

then i saw bethany, walked up to her and her... first her hair was blonde, and she was wearing like, a black leather outfit... then when i got to her her hair was red, and she was wearing like a dress... it was kind short, only went to around right before her knees... and she was wearing like a scarf around her legs afterward. i commented on her hair (which was red) and asked if i twas temporary and she said "maybe" and smiled as i messed around with it. as we were talking i was messing around with her arm, and my mom walked up so i kinda stopped and she looked and asked a question... then i noticed bethany also looked really tan and i mentioned it too... and bethany said something like "yeah, it was an accident almost got wounded." and i thought/said it was like a tanning bed tan, but she had tan lines in some places. then she lifted her dress (though i couldn't see anything... just like her thigh) and we saw that she wasn't tan EVERYWHERE like she was saying, but i also noticed she had tattoos all over her legs... going up from her legs to her thigh to where her tattoo is now... they were of butterflies..... and a lady walked up and laughed cause bethany had just said she was like "recovering" and my mom didn't know what it was... and I said "She got new tattoos" and bethany kinda smiled.... i remember thinking "it was better when she didn't change that about herself... i enjoyed her more before she changed herself that way.... so i went back into the theatre room and asked my dad if i could go home...because i knew how to get home from where I was... though I didn't know where i was i just said i knew how to get home so i could go... he said yes and i went over and started to put on my stuff... i put on a red scarf... and grabbed my jacket but nate showed up... and josh came and gave nate a hug..... and i tried to put my hair up but suddenly my hair was red white and blue, and i couldn't put it in a pony tail because it was thick, and like an afro type looking... idk

it was a weird dream...

lol, well today was pretty great

woke up, took a shower and went to the furnace... met up with dorren, then went to the auto show with starfish guys... i think the list was

we hung out at the auto show for awhile, it was pretty cool. there were some nice cars we got to sit in ;) and the concept cars were amazing... of course kirk had to sit in the driver seat of every car he passed by, and he was getting an attitude and being a bit of a handful by the end... but i still love him, he's only 7 after all.

there was a whole section that the army had and people were going nuts over that... idk dorren and I were laughing about it, having him get wasted then enlist lol... "he put rodriguez as his first name and dorren as his last name so they'll call him dorren." i believe is something along the lines we were laughing about

around 3:30 starfish kids went back to starfish, and dorren and I walked from McCormick place (which is HUGE btw, i've been in before and walked around.... but i'd never want to walk around looking for a specific place... seriously... HUGE) to museum campus, and we hung around the planetarium until josh came... we found out there's this little observatory in the back, with what looks like a telescope tunnel thing... idk i didn't know we had one of those big telescopes but apparently we do ;)

as josh is walking first dorren and I are like "that might be him... idk maybe not..." then as he (still quite far) got a bit closer and we started walking in that direction it was "yeah that's definitely him... he's got that josh swagger"

afterward we walked around a bit, jumped on the brownline and went to potbelly's by western and lawrence, i love that area... we were considering going to see slumdog millionaire, but decided not to. so instead i stopped, got some chai, picked up the wolverton's mail (i promised i would while they were out of town... and neglected to all last week) and then came home... then ron came in looking kinda glum, wendy came in too crying so my parents went to talk to them about what happened when they went to meet wendy's dad... idk wendy and ron with figure it out... it doesn't help i don't really like wendy... or barbara... so half of that apartment i don't like lol

well, the heroes episode was pretty amazing, i'd reccomend watching it ;) go to nbc.com or something and watch it, because.... wow =]

and now i'm here, wondering what i should do until i go to bed =P

well, today has been a pretty great day.. the prince of persia game doesn't suck as bad as i thought... i played it a bit more


apparently mark forgot to give me a check for the last islamic dilemma i did sound for.... so this one is a bit bigger then i'm used to.... i don't mind doing sound for them, idk why they pay me i enjoy it.

I didn't do much today, i'd say one of the highlights was like, idk the 4 hour nap i took ;) i mean, that was amazing XD

i think kim is still convinced that i'm seven... i don't like the way she treats me, and she wonders why josh and I don't really like her

you know i didn't really have much to say, i just felt like writing, in reality i've done nothing today, though i'll be getting paid... so i'll have MORE money... woohoo!!

time to put some away for that trip josh/dorren/I/thebros whoever else is going on =] that'll be fun

well... today is VALENTINES DAY!!

and I have no valentine... sadness

this weekend has been pretty great, as usually on weekends hung out with Bethany, though i woke up and went to the siege today. Lex came, and Leah came too =] idk, something about sieging on valentines day was weird... there was this guy, younger guy who was just being a smartass... sure at first it was funny, and made me smile though he was still vulgar... (as it turns out he pissed off my dad too) but pretty soon it stopped being cute and it was pissing me off. I almost wanted to take off my tape and say "Hey, stop being such a smartass. If you're really so tough why don't you grow some balls and come over and say that to my face you pathetic piece of shit?" but I couldn't say that because 1. I wasn't going to swear in front of anyone there and 2. i had tape on my mouth... thank you God

dorren had a date with adriana, but then yesterday she told me she couldn't hang out til like... 5... when he was planning on watching the sunset... idk it totally ruined the plan he made, (with josh and my help but mainly josh). he technically isn't allowed to go out today, but he might have gone anyway, which is a bonehead move... or at least I think so

I've been enjoying my new phone, alot =] doing different stuff

nother random... new prince of persia game sucks... or at least so far, different gameplay different fighting system... it isn't even the same prince... it seems watered down for little kids idk, i don't enjoy it.

well, thinking of valentines day made me think of twloha's blog "Valentine's Day Doesn't Have to Suck" =]

lol, well last night dorren and josh and I 3 wayed and we talked for a bit, dorren stressing about his date and we (mainly josh... i just agreed) giving different ideas. it's great that josh has had girlfriends, lol since he doesn't seem to get as worked up.. sometimes i really wish i had a girlfriend... but idk... nobody i'd want to go out with.

so the podcast... has to be 3 minutes long, i need to find a different place I can upload it that's valid for itunes to make it official... God i hate doing this ugh

but yeah, as we're talking dorren and I just kinda laughed cause josh is the patriarch of our family... idk he just seems like he has more gift then me, and just raw talent.. sometimes it makes me envious... idk he still has some things to work on, but i'm sure he'll be great someday. and apparently he view me and dorren as his "kids"? that kinda pissed me off, josh and I don't have a father son sort of relationship, him and dorren do.. that was a bit offensive

but whatever, it's interesting the different roles we all end up playing in this family, quite fun

and i love my new phone ;) it's pretty fun f'sho f'sho lol

well, that's all i really have to say for now I guess, we'll see how dorren's date goes.. pretty exciting XD
